These are eccentric cam followers with an integrated stud that can be mounted in the same mounting holes as those for Standard Type Cam Followers. Eccentricity is from 0.25 mm to 0.6 mm.Thrust Disk Type Cam FollowersThe thrust disk seal, made of special synthetic resin with excellent abrasion and heat resistance, is incorporated in the sliding contact area between the shoulders of the outer ring and the stud head and side plate. This prevents friction and abrasion inside the bearing due to axial loads caused by mounting errors.Centralized Lubrication Type Cam FollowersThese bearings have one or two pipe-threaded holes in the stud. Thus, this series is suitable when centralized lubrication is required.Easy Mounting Type Cam FollowersThese bearings have a stepped tapered portion on the stud. When mounting the Cam Follower, it is easy to x its location by tightening a set screw to the stepped portion. Thus, this type is suitable when a large number of Cam Followers are used in a machine such as a pallet changer.C-Lube Cam FollowersThese bearings are lubricated with a newly developed thermosetting solid-type lubricant which fills the inner space of the bearing. This lubricant provides long-term maintenance free.Short Stud Type Cam FollowersThese Cam Followers feature a more compact size and easier mounting structure than standard-type Cam Followers and require significantly less mounting space while maintaining the same level of performance. This allows for greater design freedom, which contributes to reducing machine size and improving production efficiency.Miniature Type Cam FollowersThese are compactly designed bearings, incorporating very thin needle rollers in an outer ring with a small out-side diameter.
